Servers in the EU
What you send to your trainer is stored on servers in the EU under a data processing agreement. Everything else stays on your phone.
In practical terms:
- - Situations and walks are stored in the app on your phone. What happened outside never leaves your device.
- - Videos, photos and voice notes belong to your entry and stay with you until you tap “Send to trainer”. Shared copies are deleted automatically after 30 days. “Revoke link” deletes them immediately.
- - The app reads your photo library only when you tap it, only for suggestions from the last 30 minutes and never with location data. Your originals are left untouched.
- - The daily prompt is a local notification. Your phone schedules it itself. There is no push service, device token or third party.
- - Usage analytics is off until you turn it on. The app then sends only event types and size classes. The complete list is in the app's privacy policy.
