Your clients record what happens in everyday life between lessons. When they share a link, you can see the entry in your browser and mark a moment in the video.

YOUR FIRST REVIEW

You have just received a video.

Your client sends you a link. You open it in your browser, without an account or installation. The context for the entry sits alongside it. You reply with a voice note or text. You do not need an account for the first reply.

BEFORE YOU REPLY

What you see before replying.

Canidio places the situation history beside it: how often the encounter has already happened that week, which chip words were recorded and whether a threshold has changed. You decide with the context your client shared.

AT THE DESK

The review session.

You work through the queue in one sitting. The review session is built for the desk, with a keyboard and shortcuts. Your hands stay with the work instead of moving between mouse and video.

Time up front

4 reviews, about 6 minutes. You can see the scope before you start.

Hands on the keyboard

Space plays, M sets a marker and S records a voice note.

Standard feedback as a chip

“Exactly right, keep going” or “reduce the amount”: one click is enough.

Summary at the end

See what you answered and changed at a glance. The session is then complete.

CLIENTS

Sorted by “Who needs you?”, not alphabetically.

Red means this review has been waiting for more than 72 hours. Inactive clients are grey, never red.

Divergence note

When exercises improve but confidence falls, it appears here.

Management counts as activity

The weekly bar counts management as exercise activity. Deliberately defusing a situation is training.

Your exercises stay yours.

Your exercises are in one place, with instructions and a demo video. You maintain them there, and clients receive the current version when you assign them.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to persuade my clients?

No. Your clients download Canidio themselves. You give them a QR code or link. A browser link is enough for a first review.

Do I have to respond every day now?

No. Canidio shows you who is waiting for feedback. You decide when to sit down. The review session brings open reviews together for one work session.

Does the app take lessons away from me?

Canidio does not replace a lesson. Between lessons, it gives you the entries your clients have shared with you.

What happens when we part ways?

Both sides keep their data. The connection is removed, not the data.

Can I work on my phone?

Yes, the review function is available on mobile too. The web interface is built for longer sessions.

Where is the data stored?

Owners' data stays on their phone. When data is shared with a trainer, it passes through servers in the EU.
